To prolong the service life of stainless steel pressure gauges, it is necessary to properly calibrate the indication error, return error, and tap displacement. Let's take a look together below:


The method for verifying the indication error of stainless steel pressure gauges is carried out according to the division line marked with numbers. During the verification, the pressure is gradually and steadily increased (or decreased). When the indication reaches the upper limit of the detection, the pressure source is cut off, the pressure is withstood for 3 minutes, and then the original verification point is smoothly decreased (or increased) in reverse order for verification.


Return error refers to the allowable error values specified in Table 1 for the same point calibration during both boost (or buck) and buck (or boost) calibration.


Lightly tap the displacement, and for each point during the boost (or buck) and buck (or boost) calibration, the change in indication caused by the lightweight case shall not exceed 1/2 of the allowable error value specified in Table 1.
