Do you know what forms of stress are
Browse:0Date:2025-08-20

The shock resistant pressure gauge consists of a pressure guiding system (including joints, spring tubes, flow limiting screws, etc.), a gear transmission mechanism, a reading device, and a housing. The shell of the shock resistant pressure gauge is an airtight structure, and filling damping fluid inside the shell can resist working environment vibration and reduce the pulsation effect of medium pressure.

Pressure expression form of shock resistant pressure gauge:

Absolute pressure: The total pressure exerted by the side medium on the surface area of the container is called absolute pressure, represented by the symbol pi. The instrument used to measure absolute pressure is called an absolute pressure gauge;

Atmospheric pressure: The pressure formed by the weight of the air column on the Earth's surface is called atmospheric pressure. It varies with geographical latitude, altitude, and meteorological conditions, and its value is measured using a barometer and represented by the symbol pd;

Gauge pressure: Usually, pressure measuring instruments are in the atmosphere, and the pressure value they measure is equal to the difference between absolute pressure and atmospheric pressure, called gauge pressure, represented by the symbol pb;

Vacuum degree: When the absolute pressure is less than atmospheric pressure, the gauge pressure is negative, and its absolute value is called vacuum degree, represented by the symbol pz;

The shock resistant pressure gauge is suitable for places with severe environmental vibrations and can withstand the pulsation, impact, and sudden unloading of the medium. The instrument indication is stable and clear. Widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, machinery, and power to measure the pressure of non corrosive media on copper and copper alloys. So that's all for the introduction of shock resistant pressure gauges above. I hope it can be helpful for your understanding.
