1、 During transportation or handling, the packaging box was dropped, causing the shock resistant pressure gauge glass inside the box to break. The characteristic of this situation is that glass breakage is often concentrated in one or two boxes. If the customer reports that the shock resistant pressure gauge glass has broken more, the manufacturer should open the box and inspect all the shock resistant pressure gauges in the factory warehouse. If it is caused by transportation, there should be damage on the outer packaging box.
2、 If the end face of the shock resistant pressure gauge case is uneven, in order to ensure that the shock resistant pressure gauge glass does not loosen when on the upper cover, the cover can be pressed firmly and the screws can be tightened. Even if the shock resistant pressure gauge glass does not loosen, after a long time, due to the stress of the glass, cracks will occur in the glass. At this point, the shock resistant pressure gauge glass will crack into a crack.
3、 Improper use of the small packaging box for the shock resistant pressure gauge can result in excessive measurement of the instrument frame inside the box. As a result, during transportation, the shock resistant pressure gauge may be moved up, down, left, and right inside the box, which can also cause the glass of the gauge to break.
