When connecting the Fuyang stainless steel pressure gauge, if the coolant used for the joint is different, such as using oleic acid, oleic acid will stick to the surface of the stainless steel joint, especially to the surface of the threaded buckle. If it is not clear and clean, it will leave rust marks over time.


After welding the joint or spring tube of a stainless steel pressure gauge, it needs to go through several processes such as annealing, overpressure aging, and cleaning. If rust or other corrosive substances are adhered to the joint and nut during the tightening process of the overpressure aging process; If the cleaning process is not thorough, rust marks will be left and formed on the joint over time.


The chemical composition of the joint material of stainless steel pressure gauges is not qualified. Some elements have high content, while others (such as chromium, nickel, molybdenum) have low content, which is also a reason for the joint to rust. The surface of the joint is prone to rust.


There is a small weld bead at the welding point, which needs to be polished with a steel wire wheel. Some steel wire wheels in China are actually made of carbon steel wire or iron wire. During the polishing process, carbon steel wire or iron wire powder may adhere to the joint surface, and under certain temperature and humidity conditions, rust marks may form on the joint surface.


The joint of stainless steel pressure gauge is cast with sand mold. If the sand particles on the surface of the casting are not removed completely, corrosion may occur when it comes into contact with water or moisture during future storage and transportation.
