In both our industrial processes and scientific research fields, we use pressure gauges. However, many people may think that pressure gauges are unused or not good, and think it is the manufacturer's problem. But in fact, it is because we do not maintain them. Below, the editor will popularize the maintenance and care knowledge of Fuyang instruments.
1. Fuyang instruments undergo a first level maintenance every three months of operation, which includes the following contents and requirements:
1) Check the three-way plug and water storage bend joint to eliminate leaks.
2). Check if the pressure gauge can return to zero.
3) Check and flush the water storage bend to ensure it is unobstructed.
2. After one year of operation, the pressure gauge should undergo a second level maintenance, which includes the following contents and requirements:
1) Remove the pressure gauge, send it to the metrology department for verification and lead sealing.
2) Disassemble and inspect the water storage bend pipe, and ensure that the threads are intact.
3) Disassemble and inspect the three-way plug, grind the sealing surface to ensure tightness and no leakage. The connecting thread should be intact and undamaged.
4) Water storage bend, three-way plug rust removal, painting.
3. Replacement of pressure gauge during use
When Fuyang instruments are found to be inaccurate during operation, they must be replaced in a timely manner. The operation steps are as follows:
The replaced pressure gauge must be a lead sealed gauge that has been verified by the metrology department and is valid for calibration, or a new gauge with a factory certificate of conformity. Before replacing the gauge, the three-way plug must be turned to the position for flushing the pressure gauge, and the dirt inside the water trap must be flushed clean. Turn the three-way plug to the position where the water trap pipe is filled with water, use a wrench to remove the old gauge, and replace it with a new pressure gauge. Rotate the three-way plug to its normal working position to put the new gauge into operation.
