Installation precautions for stainless steel shock resistant pressure gauge
Browse:0Date:2025-08-20

Precautions for installation of stainless steel shock resistant pressure gauge:

1. The ambient temperature for instrument use is -40~70 ℃, and the relative humidity is not greater than 80%. If it deviates from the normal operating temperature of 205 ℃, it must be included in the temperature additional error.

2. The instrument must be installed vertically, striving to be at the same level as the measuring point. If the difference is too high, it will be included in the additional error caused by the liquid column, which does not need to be considered when measuring gas. Block the explosion-proof port at the back of the watch case during installation to avoid affecting the explosion-proof performance.

3. The normal measurement range of the instrument should not exceed 3/4 of the upper measurement limit under static pressure and 2/3 of the upper measurement limit under fluctuation. Under the above two pressure conditions, the measurement of the high pressure gauge should not be lower than 1/3 of the lower limit, and all vacuum parts should be used when measuring vacuum.

4. If the instrument pointer malfunctions or the internal components become loose or cannot work properly during use, maintenance should be carried out or the manufacturer should be contacted for repair.

5. Instruments should avoid vibration and collision to prevent damage.

6. Please indicate the instrument model and name when placing an order; The measurement range of the instrument; The accuracy level of the instrument deviates from the packaging requirements and others.

7. Stainless steel shock resistant pressure gauges are not suitable for environments with strong oxidants such as oxygen, chlorine, nitric acid, and hydrogen peroxide.
